Creating a Safe Haven: A Fresh Start After Unprecedented Challenges

Hello, friends and supporters,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Chris Tampin and I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for assistance. Life has thrown some unexpected and incredibly challenging circumstances my way, and I am seeking your help to rebuild and secure a safe and stable environment for the last year of my life.

After enduring surgeries and fighting with unwavering determination, I managed to secure a job and find a place to call home. Unfortunately, life took an unexpected turn when my roommate, whom I didn't know much about before moving in, was grappling with psychosis and tragically chose to end his life on July 1st. I was the last person to see him we had dinner together Friday night and before going to work on Saturday morning I found him with a broken neck and back and his head half blown off.

Since then, my living situation has become increasingly precarious. I've had to navigate living with an alcoholic for three months, followed by four months with a person suffering from schizophrenia. These experiences have taken a toll on my mental and emotional well-being, and I find myself in desperate need of a safe haven.

I am reaching out to you, my community, in the hopes of raising funds to secure a new living arrangement that will provide the safety and stability I so desperately need. Your support will not only help me escape these challenging living conditions (Homelessness). But also allow me the proper medical equipment necessary to live out my last days as comfortable as possible. CPAP need Oxygen gear needed, walker and hopefully an Electric Mobility Scooter.
