Help us repair Class 313 damage.

Around midnight on the 17th/18th November, our class 313 train was attacked by vandals. They managed to break a number of the double-glazed window units with an estimated replacement cost of £12,000+. The BT Police is investigating as the offence included trespassing on Network Rail track (the adjacent new Levenmouth Rail Link). We are sad for the volunteers who have been working hard on the 313 since it arrived in August and this incident has demoralised them considerably. Steps have been taken to prevent any repitition.

We now need to find around £12k to replace/repair the damaged windows. With your help and support we can do this this. [If this appeal is successful any surplus will be used on further refurbishment of the 313 and other restoration projects.] Thank you in advance.
