First let us extend our thanks to everyone for all of the love and support that has been shown to our family during this difficult time. Now more than ever we will need you all.
I ask for your help for my dearest nephew William and his family during this time. William is four years old. William has two beautiful sisters, Elizabeth (5 Yrs) and Angelina (5Mo) and the most wonderful, loving, and caring parents, Billy & Rebekah Spano. 
William is a strong little man that is effected by a rare disease that effects his lymphatic and vascular system.
Did you know- "7,000 rare diseases exist with less than 500 FDA approved treatments and only 5% of rare diseases actually have treatments."
Because of the rarity of this disease, there is so much that is unknown. We are looking for the love and support to help William. All donations will go towards costly medical expenses. Thank you for your support.
