Wichita Fish co owners Larry & Judy Towns

Larry and Judy Towns, long time owners of the Wichita Fish Co, are asking our local seafood lovers and community for our help.. Larry started the business thirty years ago. At the time Larry was a small wholesale seafood company in Mt Hope. Larry has throughout the years supplied lots of our locally owned places in town. Larry had sold scotch & sirloin for 32 years until it as sold. Also town & country, neighbors, and many more! Times are rough and we just can’t seem to get ahead. Larry has had a rough couple years. We have all heard of someone close to us loosing a battle due to cancer. Unfortunately Larry was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer, that had got into his bones, and to top it off Larry has severe congestive heart failure. Larry is a fighter, even with only a 20% working heart, Larry is staying positive. Though it can be tough. We have definitely hit a bump in the road, Larrys hospital expenses and medications are quite expensive. Larry’s not quitting without a fight, when it rains it pours and I’m still waiting on the sunshine. Larry is most concerned about taxes. We are behind and unfortunately they don't put a pause on anything when it comes to taxes. Larry’s goal is to keep the business going and it wont happen without some helping hands. Larry’s daughter, Neeley Towns, is determined to keep her dad’s hard work and pride going. Please help us save our business! Haysville Fish Co, Wichita Fish Co, and Mt. Hope Seafood Company.
