Wheels for Juda: Healing and School Ahead
Beschermde donatie
Hi, my name is Juda Scott, and I’m a sophomore at Oakwood University studying Secondary Education with a focus in Physical Education.
I recently had foot surgery, and while I’m still healing, I’ll be heading back to school this fall completely on my own without nearby family or support. My campus is big, and walking long distances between classes will be painful during recovery. That’s why I’m asking for help to get a car.
My mom is a single mother who’s always done her best to support me through college. But she’s finally getting to the point where it’s hard for her to help me clear financially for this semester, and there’s no extra money for transportation. I know she wants to help, but right now, we’re both doing everything we can just to keep going.
Having a car would make a huge difference. It would help me get to class, attend medical appointments, buy groceries, and take care of daily needs, especially while I recover and try to stay independent.
Even through all this, I’m staying focused on my education. I work hard to keep my grades up because I know what I’m working toward, and I believe God didn’t bring me this far to leave me. He opened the door for me to be at Oakwood, and I believe He’s still making a way.
If you’re able to give or even just share this, it would mean so much. Your support would help me stay in school, stay healthy, and keep moving forward.
Thank you for your time, your prayers, and your support.
God bless,
Juda Scott
