Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Conversion

Osaru, Ebuwa and Adamosa are three siblings diagnosed with a genetic disorder condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 5/GARS with Distal Neuropathy. SMA is a type of disease that causes muscle and motor weakness. SMA is not very rare, but type 5 is not very common and rather complex.

Going out as a family and experiencing a semblance of normal life is almost a luxury. Two medical caregivers, three Powered wheelchairs, two oxygen tanks, two ventilators and a bunch of other medically necessary equipment is what we need to fit into a vehicle even for trip as casual as to the neighborhood Walmart.

Recently, we were able to purchase a Sprinter Van big enough to fit us all comfortably. We need your support to help us customize this Van with accessible features that is necessary to enable us get around in it. These features include Wheelchair Lift, accessible ramp, Q'Straint Wheelchair Tie Down Straps, Restraints (Seatbelts), Storage Compartment for medical equipments, Inverter to power up and charge ventilators and much more.

With this goal achieved, we can look forward to more family fun times and sightseeing trips to nice places.. which is the most fun we can give to our kids in this condition.
