All Hands on Deck for Atlantic Pacific

Atlantic Pacific International Rescue is a non-profit organisation committed to reducing global drowning out of a universal respect for human life. We work with communities without water rescue services, as well as in major drowning crises worldwide by providing lifeboats, crew, and training programmes to areas of need.

2024 marks 10 years since our inception. To celebrate this milestone we’re launching the All Hands on Deck campaign to raise £10,000 for every year we’ve existed, with a target of £100,000.

This sum is not just a symbolic amount, it's a carefully calculated target to keep us afloat. The reality of doing our lifesaving work is unfortunately very costly. This has been especially true in recent years, as we’ve expanded our operations in an ever-challenging economy.

As a charity, we rely on donations and the generosity of our almost-entirely volunteer team. Throughout the campaign we’ll be sharing in-depth info about what we’ve achieved since our inception and the financial realities that challenge us.

Our incredible team of volunteers are rallying to hit this goal, but we also urgently need your help.

In our decade of operation we’ve achieved a lot; training over 700 lifeboat crew, opening 3 global training bases, developing courses, growing our volunteer team and educating people in Wales, London and Japan to be better equipped to save lives.

This campaign is a celebration of 10 great years, but it’s also a call to arms. To continue our vital lifesaving work, we need all hands on deck. Will you help us?
