Help Save the Museum at West Quoddy Head Light

Tax deductible
Because of the COVID Pandemic, the Visitor Center and museum at West Quoddy Head Lighthouse, the easternmost lighthouse on the Atlantic Coast of the United States in Lubec, Maine, was forced to close for the entire 2020 season, and will likely delay the opening for the 2021 season.

This has caused a great financial hardship to the nonprofit West Quoddy Head Light Keepers Association and their planned upgrade of the museum that includes a large number of artifacts, memorabilia, historic photographs and memories of life at this famous red-and-white-striped lighthouse that have been discovered since the museum was founded.

The planned new exhibits and displays will help depict life at the lighthouse when it was under the auspices of the United States Lighthouse Service and the United States Coast Guard that will help to tell the story of a way of family life in history that can never again be repeated.

Please consider making a much-needed donation today to help us keep the Visitor Center and museum open and to provide for new exhibits that will enhance the experience of all those who visit this historic site.

Your help is urgently needed.
