Wendy and Herbs Fire Recovery

Last Friday my Mom and step Father, Wendy and Herb Devaul lost their home, and their two beloved dogs Tickles and Zoey to a house fire. The saying is true "A house does not make a home" but it is the friends and family and to us, it's the pets that make a home. There are no words to describe the pain of losing our girls in such a horrific way. Our friends and family have been amazing and their love and support will surely help get us through. Together we can get through anything. But there are certain things not everyone can help with and that is understandably hard during the holidays. All I ask is that everyone stay safe and love the ones you have as close as you can every day! Don't ever take life for granted. The Red Cross has been so fast and efficient and most of all kind and understanding through all of this. We have had a huge outreach from so many people it brings me to tears every time I think of it. I was asked by a few people how they can help and if I had set this up yet. Although I will spend a life time trying to find a way to make it up to all of you I want you to know I can't thank you enough. Donate a little or a lot but this I do promise... It means the world to us and just knowing my mom and herb will be ok and not have to struggle as they rebuild is priceless. When you have lost everything, every little bit helps. As soon as they are back on their feet I know we will begin to donate to some of the places and charity's  that have helped us through this. It is amazing the amount of support there is out there, and the amount of things you and I take for granted every day.
