We Love Kim!

Hi, friends! As many of you know, our dear friend Kim recently made an incredibly brave decision to enter an in-patient treatment center in Arizona in pursuit of finding relief from the depression and ideations she has so authentically shared with so many of us over the past year. Taking a step like this - to seek, in the treatment center's words, comprehensive, evidenced-based treatment in a secure and supportive environment - is not only brave, but it can also prove to be very costly in terms of treatment costs and lost wages.

One of the things that is so incredible about community is how it reminds us that we are never alone. Ever. And with Kim's permission, we have an opportunity to tangibly help shoulder the financial burden that she is faced with - recognizing that none of us would ever want the financial cost of treatment to keep someone we know and love from being able to seek it. We all need all of us here and happy - especially Kim.

So, if you can, this platform has been set up to facilitate us coming alongside her and carrying the financial burden in the same way we all do life - together. If you are not in a place were you can financially give, THAT IS OKAY! Keeping her in your thoughts and prayers - or, even better, putting those thoughts down on paper to let her know how much you are rooting for her is Just. As. Good. (Message me for the address!) P.S. We all know that Kim would do anything for any of us. We also know that asking for help - especially financial help - is extremely difficult. With that, we are also so proud of and grateful that Kim was willing to ask for help - to allow us to be part of her journey and to show up for her in ways that she has shown up for us.
