"Food For The Front Lines" allows the Connecticut community to raise $$ for local restaurants to DELIVER MEALS TO FIRST RESPONDERS. Started by former Fairfield County Site Director Food Rescue US  employee, Nicole Straight, "Food For The Front Lines" has already raised over 50K to feed CT's EMS workers, ER & ICU staff, and those on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis. As of April 8th, WE HAVE DELIVERED OVER 6000 MEALS!! Please help support both your local Connecticut restaurants and the people  working selflessly to keep your community well. These people need funds immediately. Please help.

I am Nicole Straight, the organizer for this go fund me, and I will be withdrawing these funds directly into my own dedicated account (under my name) set up for this purpose only.  We will be paying the local restauants directly for each meal delivery via the funds raised from this go fund me. We are currently paying restaurants for the food delivered to the medical workers via Zelle directly into their business accounts.
