We Can Help 2019
The We Can Help campaign is a fundraising effort organized by professional barrel racer Hailey Kinsel Lockwood to give young girls the opportunity to serve others. The 2019 campaign efforts are being led by "Team Leaders", who are junior high and high school aged girls involved in the sport of rodeo. Each girl is working to raise funds and awareness a cause that she chose. These causes may be an organization, large or small, or in the case of two this year, and independent effort formed by the Team Leader in charge. The projects represented this year are: the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the American Cancer Society, the Altzheimer's Association, Braden's Hope, Operation Homefront, Barrels of Blessings -- Bringing Christmas blessings to children in Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and Roping In Loving Hearts & Helping Hands -- for the people of Bottineau county who need our love.
Each project's fundraising efforts are overseen by Hailey, and the other young women who applied to become Team Leaders are invited to help promote the winners' projects. This project will run from November 25 through December 20, 2019.
Donations raised through this Go Fund Me account will be distributed evenly between the 7 causes. Our goal is to raise $2,000 for each girl's project. Most importantly, We Can Help was designed to inspire and teach young women that they are capable of helping others. Thank you for your support!
