Custody battle

My spouse is trying to keep my daughter away from me.  She has been caught having affairs and now has been Brainwashing our daughter to keep her from me.  My daughter loves me.  My lawyer said with the proof I Have against her, I can win full custody battle.  Plz help me fight for my daughter.  I cannot believe all the pain she is putting me through and now homeless because of her cheating ways.  But it's no longer about my so call wife.  It's about saving our daughter so I can continue to raise her in the faith.  Plz share within the messengers.   I dont want to go public with this because she might see it.  All donations is paying off my lawyer fees.  Custody battle starts on Nov 13th which falls on my daughters bday.  Ty everyone and plz help pray as well.
