Wally Randall - Public Subscription Memorial.

This fund has been established to bring about the commissioning and erection by public subscription of a permanent Memorial or Monument, to Honour the Life and Works of the Leighton Buzzard Legend that was Wally Randall. (RIP)
Funds shall be administered by a Committee made up of very well know Leighton people, the likes of Christine Moore who runs the towns History page on Social Media. It shall include Seniors who are in fact regarded in a lot of quarters as 'the elders’ of the town. Other well known people will form the Committee that is being put together.
The Committee's objective will be to set about to get the help of firstly you, the Leighton Buzzard people who are widely asking for something to be done, and for the new Committee to establish links and a cooperation with local Groups, Organisations and indeed the Military Associations that Wally was associated with during his long life. The overall mission is to bring about a most fitting and permanent public subscription memorial to his fine memory by means of colaberation and organised fundraising.
