Walk for Tommy

Hi my name is Andy and I’m fundraising for a little boy call Tommy ,

Tommy is the son of football coach Daniel Squibbs of Dan’s Dribblers. Last year, Dan and his wife Charlie were given the heartbreaking news Tommy has Leukaemia.

So many people in the area will be familiar with Dan’s Dribblers and the great work that Dan does.

He is a popular coach, role model and mentor for every one of his dribblers. As a football community we have all been devastated to hear what coach Dan and his family are going through.

Due to Tommy’s heartbreaking diagnosis, Dan has been unable to put on his training sessions adding financial and further emotional stress to himself and his family.

As a parent of a child that attends Dan’s I want to raise funds for Tommy and his family and also for a charity of there choice

on march 15th I’ll be taking part in the 3 Yorkshire peaks and would appreciate if you could all help me reach my target and beyond

Tommy is 4 and is the youngest brother of Louie, 10, and Reggie, 7.

Since entering the Squibbs family in 2019 Tommy has bought nothing but pure joy. When born Tommy was diagnosed with Down Syndrome and the only thing that made him different was that it made him extra special. His DS has not held him back in anyway. He is the happiest, most joyful, loving boy with the biggest smile. Tommy just loves life. Many people say children bring joy but Tommy genuinely brings joy and happiness to everyone he meets. His mum and dad believe he was put on the earth to make as many people as he could happy and in his short 4 years he has done exactly that. Tommy loves to laugh, wrestle, watch Mr Tumble, swim and play football. He laughs every day and has an infectious happy personality that everyone adores. Tommy doesn’t let anything hold him back, even being terminally ill doesn’t stop him learning new sign language and trying to zip his own coat up!
