Emergency Funds for Valerie Lozano Lara

Hello, I am Margarita Lara, raising funds to help my oldest niece Valerie (Letty's daughter). She's a strong, kind and independent young lady living, working and studying in Houston. She got run over by a careless driver who left the scene. She got hit while crossing the street nearby her apartment, walking her dog Bella who instinctively jumped out of the way but quickly returned to comfort her. She was rescued by a lady and her children, who got her to the sidewalk and waved down the police. The calcaneus bone in her left foot is shattered into many pieces, and she can not walk. She will be undergoing surgery on Monday, November 14, to insert discs and screws in her foot. She will be in a cast with no mobility for 3 months and will need physical therapy right after to regain the strength to walk again. I humbly request my friends and family (and anyone else who can) to pitch as our family thought. Please pitch in what you can or share this request to help my niece in her time of need.
