Caregiver needs help

My name is Della, and I am the caregiver for my disabled sister Christine. She has chronic kidney disease and was trying to avoid dialysis while waiting on a kidney transplant. But fate had other plans. Last month, she had to go on dialysis immediately when I took her to the Emergency Room. She was in the hospital for a week. Due to problems with transportation. She has an electric wheelchair, but she has to be transported by ambulance. Due to her not being able to stand and pivot (she fractured both of her knees, over a year ago). So, for another week, I was taking her back and forth to the hospital for dialysis. It was too much for me, so she was put in the hospital. It will almost another week in the hospital, when she’s discharged. I am her aide and this is my only source of income. Due to Medicaid paying for my services. I do not get paid, while she’s in the hospital. So, I won’t get paid for almost one month. I just need a little help until Chris is home. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can give me.
