Help with Moving-relocating

As much as it pains me to do this, because I know we are all experiencing hardships due to the pandemic
Back in the beginning of the summer my previous landlord informed me he was in the process of selling the house we have lived in for the past 13 years 9 months, with the promise that I could live out my lease until mid 2021 with the new owner.
A couple months went by with everything going well and then mid October I received a "Notice to Vacate" from the new owner stating we would need to be out within 3 weeks, this came as a Very Big Shock.
Since receiving the notice with only a small time frame until expected to be out. The landlord and I came to an agreement that he would extend the Date to Vacate until the end of the year.
Brianna & I have been searching & searching for something within our price range, but we have had no luck.
After alot of discussion, Brianna and I have decided to join Ashley in TN where she just recently relocated and loves.
We have the funds to get a new apartment with 1st and Security Deposit, however we do not have the funds for the moving truck and car towing equipment to tow Brianna's car since she can still not drive due to the seizures she started having in January. And to drive two cars in definitely impossible
