My family and I are currently going through our biggest heartbreak with the loss of our family center piece and role model. She was a loving mother and devoted wife who fought cancer with strength and grace until the very end. Her passing has left a father of five to navigate unimaginable grief while continuing to care for their children. My beloved mother was the most supportive, kind hearted & best mother anyone could’ve ever asked for. She was the most hardworking, energized and happiest person. Back in 2020 we first got the heart breaking news that our mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since that moment, all our lifes changed forever and during that time we were also facing the Covid pandemic, which had us scared knowing how fragile our mother was at the time. During the chemotherapy we were deeply hurt because we’ve never seen our mother so down, but we knew that our best option was to stay strong & continue fighting with her. Even through her fight, she was always happy and extremely strong. She was able to overcome and beat breast cancer. Thanks to the Lord, she was cancer free.
Fast forward 3 years, we got even more devastating news that the cancer came back and this time was to the bones. We didn’t know how to react besides being scared once again, but with God’s strength we stayed strong for her and supported her through this painful process. She was loved by so many people because of her amazing personality and kind soul. Our life turned upside down once we got the most heart breaking news that any children could’ve heard. Cancer eventually spread to her liver and doctors told us on New Years Eve, December 31st, 2025 that our beautiful mother only had 2 weeks left to live. Our life tore apart when we got the news that our mother passed away on January 5th 2026, just 2 weeks before her 44th birthday. It was so unexpected given that she passed away in just days. It is so heartbreaking for all of us, that it still feels like it’s all a dream.
