Living Expenses

Hi my name is Kayla Holt,

What started out as a normal day for me has completely changed the trajectory of my life. As many of you know, my niece and myself were violently attacked and shot at the hands of her neighbor. This has been a detrimental blow not only to my physical health, but my mental health as well. My life has forever changed, and unfortunately my new normal has come with financial consequences.

I am still currently in the hospital , still trying to heal from the actual damage from the gun shots, but also trying to figure out how to keep myself financially afloat as I had just started a brand new job so I’m ineligible for disability through my employer. I still have bills to pay that unfortunately don’t stop simply because I am unable to work.

Im asking anyone that is willing to donate to me, no matter the amount, to help maintain a home for myself and my son that I am a single mother for.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
