This year, that has changed.
Our opponents have changed the nature of this race. By purchasing lawn signs and holding events with free food right at the start of the race, they have signaled that they have indeed chosen to do real fundraising and to campaign as if this were a political race. We are forced to respond to their campaign in kind, however, we believe that our most valuable asset is you, our friends, our neighbors, our community.
As such, we are choosing to run a grassroots campaign.
We are humbly asking for you help. We believe that our schools are a main pillar of our community. We know that like us, you love our town and, like us, you are willing to fight for it.
All funds raised are to be spent on campaign promotional materials such as lawn signs, flyers, postcards, etc.
If you would like to help us by other means, please contact us and let us know how you would be willing and able to help. It could be canvassing the town, inviting us to speak with an organization you belong to, sharing our website and Facebook posts, or hosting one of our public “Ask Us Anything” meet & greet sessions.
With much gratitude,
Shelly, Sergio, and Greg
