Bringing Our Little 'B' Home

We would like to start out by thanking you for reading our story! Joe and I have kept adoption near to our hearts for many years, since we were married actually. Up until now, it has never been the right time to begin the process. But this summer, when we least expected it, God placed a little girl in our lives that needed a family. We knew the moment we saw her picture that she was ours and that we must go get her and bring her home. We know very little about this beautiful little girl, who we have nicknamed Lil' B. She is a tiny girl, living in an orphanage in Eastern Europe. We have one document stating all her medical history. From this we know she has Down syndrome and a heart condition that is uncomplicated. We also know her birth weight and length as well as her most current weight and length. We do not know much else, but not much else really matters. She is part of this family already. The only thing left is getting her home. Which is why we are here humbly asking for your generosity. It is not easy to be on the asking end, we would much rather be the ones to help others. However, paying her "ransom" is a costly endeavor, so we are putting aside our pride and asking for your help. If you are able to donate, even a little bit, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
