Christmas Miracles Can Happen

Hi everyone my name is Allie and I have a son who just turned 5, this has been one of the worst years I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. I got out of a relationship last year around the same time and had moved into an apartment that was 100% all mine and no one could take it from me. I had my own vehicle that was getting me and my son from point A to point B every day whether it was work or his school or traveling 2+ times a month (depending on what month it was) across multiple states because I have a court order that I must abide by for a custody arrangement with my sons father. I thought everything was great until one night it was sleepy time and I had just laid down for bed when I started hearing loud strange banging noises coming from upstairs and the smell was awful! So I went out into the living room and opened the front door and there were flames everywhere things were melting fast and falling down. There was no escaping from the front door so I woke my sleeping child and we had to go out his window in the backside of the apartment. It was a nightmare. I found out that the lady who lived above me was smoking a cigarette next to her oxygen inside the apartment and it blew up. She endangered everyone who lived in that building because she couldn’t take 10 steps outside to smoke. She put my family in danger. And didn’t even have the decency to bang on my door as she was going down the stairs to get to the parking lot. It was one of the most scariest moments that has happened to us. We were able to stay in a hotel room for less than a week but I spent that time looking for another roof to put over my sons head. I successfully had found one after searching for days with no luck. I had started a long distance relationship and that was going for a while til he chose to move down here to be with us. And everything was running smoothly as it once was before the fire until a couple weeks ago I was in a car accident and it totaled my vehicle the day before my sons 5th birthday. I was devastated. Luckily I was okay. Injured my neck a little but I managed to  work through it. But I had lost my car. I couldn’t work without transportation. The bills are so far behind and my sons not going to have much of a Christmas. I found a car replacement but the taxes and registration costs $1300 (the car place lied to me over and over again and screwed up my credit when they were doing the financials) and I don’t have those kinds of funds now and I only have a week left on my temp tag. We haven’t had groceries in our house in a while. I feel like our lives are falling apart and I’m barely grasping at straws. Please if someone could make this a Christmas miracle and get us through this hardship I will forever be grateful to you. Thank you so much for reading my long story.
