Legal Fees for Cesar

I'm creating this fundraiser to assist my brother and sister-in-law, Luis & Monessa Duran, with legal fees and any other fees associated with the detainment of my nephew Cesar Flores.
Cesar was placed in the care of Luis & Monessa by the state of Arizona 10 years ago when he was just 10 years old. He has been a part of our family ever since. Cesar was previously protected under DACA and had been working with an immigration attorney to find a legal path to citizenship. He has a current work visa and a pending green card application. Cesar has no criminal history and was set to attend college this fall. Cesar is hard working, kind and family-oriented young adult, with a strong family support unit behind him. Unfortunately Cesar was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was picked up and questioned by border patrol. He has been detained in ICE custody ever since this happened on 8/20/19 and still has not seen a judge.
His immigration attorney has been advocating on his behalf since this all started. None of us know how much longer his detainment will last, but it is imperative that he have legal representation to assist with the best possible outcome. Our family would be devastated if Cesar were to be deported. He has lived almost his entire life in the United States and it would be detrimental to his well-being if this were to happen. Any donations will go to Luis & Monessa to assist with legal fees and any other fees related to Cesar's detainment. Every little bit counts. Thank you.
