“All lives matter and one life lost is one too many”

As parents, we desire the best for our children, therefore, it is our responsibility to invest in them and prepare them for their life and journey ahead.

Voice Against Crime (VAC) is a charity who are working endlessly in our community to bring a change to young people’s lives from all different back grounds. Helping families, not to become discouraged, but to stand strong.

On behalf of Voice Against Crime (VAC ) we are fund raising to invest in our community, to open doors of opportunity and windows of inspiration for our young people to encourage them toward the road of success.

It takes a whole community to raise a child and for them to experience and grow in a safe and healthy environment. In working together, our aim is to bring a new way of thinking, a new way of working and a new way of living for our young people to embrace.

Voice Against Crime

From 2019, our CEO Sheldon Fogarty of Voice Against Crime, company directors and their dedicated team have been selflessly working in the community to create a positive impact on the youth, with minimum funding. Voice Against Crime (VAC) was set up on the 1st November 2018 as a non-profitable organisation which is registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC) under the Companies Act 2016.

Their focus is to empower young people to be the best version of themselves, despite their past or current circumstances. They have been encouraging young people to believe that it is not where they start, but it is where they finish that counts.

As an organisation, they have acknowledged the various factors that can impact a young person’s future, and ones that may cause them to make the wrong decision.

VAC works with other like – minded organisations to support and strengthen the work they do in the community.

Intervention and prevention:

Voice Against Crime (VAC) is working within our community, on the streets, as well as in schools to provide support and tackle situation head on, to prevent problems occurring and escalating, while also providing mentoring and counselling services.

Open Arms:

Their Open Arms programme is extended to all families who need support. This service unites parent and guardians who are experiencing challenging behaviour from their children. With Open Arms parents and guardians are able to discuss, share, obtain advice and are provided with help with planning the best strategies that are able to support them managing difficult situations.

U Turn:

The U Turn project supports individuals to develop a positive attitude about their lives. This project is a seven-week programme, which aims to empower, educate, and encourage young people to abandon their negative lifestyles and to adopt a positive and successful life.

We aim to focus on the men and women of the generation to come and support them to build a positive future on a solid foundation.

On behalf of Voice Against Crime (VAC)  they would like thank all for your generosity and kind donations.
