Hurricane Michael Aid

Donation protected
As you know, Hurricane Michael has hit our neighbors to the East hard!  It was one of the three largest hurricanes recorded to hit the US and it has left many with nothing!  Michael was still an organized Cat 3 went it went across the small rural communities north of Panama City and it left a path of destruction along the way!  The rural areas are having a very hard time right now!  Most have lost everything they own.  They have no power, no water, no food, no cell service, and many are now unemployed as their workplaces have been leveled.  We are raising money to help our rural neighbors located 20-60 miles north of the coast.  The NuFletch family, along with good friends and family are heading in today, October 13th to evacuate horses and to drop off water, food, gas, etc  We will return the following day with a crew of men and chainsaws and will assist anyone in need and will continue to return until these communities are back on their feet.  Our goal is to continue to help relocate people, horses and other animals that are in harms way, provide food, gas, and other supplies where needed.  We will also be donating money to help fund the efforts of Forrest Dilmore.  He is the owner of Forrest's Fine Foods and is working vigorously to feed his community and all that can get to him.  Forrest and his family have suffered a great loss as well but he has set that aside and is stepping up to start feeding those in need.  He is firing up his huge BBQ grills and feeding anyone that can get there.  As of right now, all of the food expenses are coming out of his own pocket!  Our goal is to raise enough money so he can continue to cook for everyone in need as well as provide food, water, gas, etc. to others that cannot get out.  NuFletch will continue the hurricane relief as long as there is a need.  Anything you can donate, even if it is $5.00, will go to a great cause!  We know first hand what these folks are going thru as we are life long residents of Destin, FL. and we have been in their shoes!  They need help.....they need to know people are working hard to get to them!  Anything you can do will directly bring relief to people in shock and fear..   May God bless these people and all who reach out in compassion!    From the most humble of hearts, we all thank you.

Please feel free to follow us and our crew thru Lisa Thrasher Marshall's Facebook page.  She is posting pictures daily of the daily relief efforts!

All money donated will be withdrawn and used to help in the recovery process. Our crew travels into the affected areas daily, assesses different areas and the situations of different families. Plans are made daily as to where they will be traveling and what they will be doing. Monies raised are used to purchase supplies for the affected families, fuel for generators, hay and feed for horses and livestock in need, propane gas for grills, provide daily meals to communities and utility workers, etc. We alone have already delivered over 30,000lbs of ice (6,000lbs delivered daily) and will continue our efforts until the need is no longer there.  Tree removal is our next focus!  We have helped numerous families access their properties by cutting trees off homes, etc and will continue removing trees daily. (We have a list of homes in need- we are waiting for the insurance adjusters to inspect the homes and file the claims so we can remove them).  Our group is NOT charging for this service!
