Vivi's Medical Volunteer Trip

This past year I got involved with my school's Global Medical Brigade team, where we volunteer to help assist medical and dental proffesionals on mission trips abroad. This year's mission will be sending us to the rural Darién province in Panama for a week, where I will be helping with translating and documenting patient vitals. 

I am so excited to have the opportunity to experience a new culture, where I can provide healthcare to people in need. However, in order to achieve these goals, it would require the proper funds to get me there. So far, I have most of the funds saved, but I am still working to get the remaining amount before we leave on August 12, 2017.
