-provides a simple VIDEO portal and CAPTIONS as a TOUCH-VIDEOPHONE 

- Managed services and options to enable assisted living communications,

- tele-heath, management, care support , family and friends, pharmacy, doctors,    services, trades and contacts.

The VISIONLINQ removes the confusion of IPAD apps and computer accessories as a TOUCHSCREEN  - direct dial video portal with CAPTIONS to allow  partial or profoundly deaf  people to experience communications and understanding .
