Virtual Tips for A Cote Staff

Donation protected
Due to the recent shutdown of outdoor dining in Alameda County, A Cote's staff have been laid off for the second time this year. Unemployment benefits are non-existent, there is no state or federal assistance for restaurants or employees, and everyone is stretching their last dollars. We're hopeful that by January everyone can be rehired and outdoor dining can resume, but as we learned during the first shut down, anything is possible.

Several people have asked us what they can do to help, so this GoFundMe was created as a way to give a little during this tough holiday season. If you've ever enjoyed our sparkling service or gotten a great and truly unique wine recommendation from our staff, please consider leaving a virtual "tip" to help them get through this month. If you've ever wondered what was in that AMAZING dish (spoiler: it's salt and butter and cream), this fund is also being split with the fantastic kitchen staff that creates those dishes for you.

Anything you can give is wildly appreciated and is going directly to all of our staff that have been laid off. Who wanted to come back to work even during these tough times, who were there with a smile (even under their mask) for everyone that walked in the door, and who now need a little help.
