Jacobs join in dream

Hi All, 

I’ve set this go fund me page for Jacob to hopefully fulfil his dream by finally getting a bike he can ride.

If anyone knows Jacob they will know all he wants to do is be out with his friends and join in, unfortunately that’s not as easy for him as it is others.

Jacob was born very very early and with that came his diagnosis of cerebral palsy. That being said, it hasn’t stopped Jacob achieving all the things that doctors said he wouldn’t. (How amazing is that in itself) 

This go fund me page is to say a massive thank you to everyone that is and will help out with the process of this. 

I have been been in contact with Val Prior (the lovely) owner of changing lives and she has set the ball rolling for Jacob to hopefully get his bike (finally!!!) 

I have spoken to Chelsea (Jacobs mum) she is aware of all of this and is happy for me to take the lead and keep her up to date.
