Fighting stage 4 colon cancer

I'm in need in some help. I've been fighting stage 4 cancer for 5 years now. I've been in the hospital for over a week now and some bills need to be caught up or I will be homeless. If I could get anyone to help me out would be greatly appreciated. No way I can get out in time to make this money:(
