Please help with lawyer fees to keep my kids safe

In the middle of Covid pandemic I am being forced to get legal services to keep my two young children safe.
Their birth father has never paid a single Dime for their living expenses including avoiding all of the child support payments.
Now I have summons from his lawyer asking for me to spend money that I don’t have to fly the children out to PA so he can have them visit him.
The retainer alone for the first two steps can come out to be $10,000. Please assist with what you can so I can keep my children in a safe and secure environment.
