Let’s face it. 

Nobody wants to be sick. 

And nobody wants to ask for help.  Especially our brother, Bruce Bergman.

He is a longtime musician, CBC tech, producer, friend and family of the Yukon music scene.   Mal M says it all, “If you know Bruce I don't have to tell you he is a good guy and a mainstay of our community. It would be swell if a tonne of people came out to support the effort. Hope to see you there.”

 Bruce, a type I diabetic, was getting ready for a kidney transplant – doing the final testing, and then, how medical issues are usually found, discovered he needs a triple bypass first.  He lives in the Yukon and the surgeries will take place in Vancouver.  Bruce and his wife, Deb, have to stay in Vancouver for some time at their own expense.  Since he is a musician, he had to cancel all his gigs and teaching gigs this year.  Funds will be difficult as he is too weak to work. 

Let's all band together and help raise some funds so a financial stress will not be on top of the medical stress.
