It is my mission to help heal the world. l am an advocate of children with a vision of sharing healthier, more effective ways of teaching & parenting to caregivers. We owe it to them to break the cycle of shaming, coercing, & stifling our kids.
I have a need & a dream to send my 5 yr old daughter to a school that captures the sacredness of life; a place that encourages exploration, creativity, mindfulness & imagination; one that nurtures emotional well-being through empathetic conflict resolution. With the amount of research, particularly on the brain, these innovative schools are intentionally laying the foundation for healthy, well rounded kids. In turn we cultivate self-disciplined & empowered human beings. I am so grateful for Waldorf Education, for Conscious Discipline, & for Schools that develop social-emotional skills in children that encourage intrinsic motivation behind behaviors.
At this point, I need to raise about $6,000 for my daughter's tuition (which is comprable to any day care!).
My partner, her father died last year & that has really rocked our world.
With the necessity of having my little girl in school comes huge responsibility both financially & morally.
I am a single working mom. While she is in school I will also be continuing my trainings & becoming licensed (trauma healing) & certified to teach Conscious Discipline.
I believe in miracles & in the inherent goodness of mankind, but most especially in a more conscious world. Please help me to live my truth.. So much gratitude!
I am passionate in knowing this beginning is the shift the world needs to improve our overall health & quality of life as adults. The 2015-16 school year begins in Sept & fees are collected in increments throughout the year.
With the hope of this amazing opportunity to afford adequate training & schooling I can fulfill my dream of making a lasting positive difference in this world. I can live in integrity by providing a nurturing environment for my daughter's spirit to thrive & flourish. Kindly help support the future of our planet..sincere thanks.
