The NWNA intends to appeal the recent court order and we need your help to raise our goal of $15,000 for additional legal fees. We are confident in the underlying merits of our case and remain committed to ensuring that Boise residents have access to fair, transparent, and legal decision-making with regard to the land use decisions that shape how our city changes. Please donate today to help us pay the legal costs associated with this endeavor.

To jump-start our fundraising efforts, our eight member Board of Directors has contributed over $3,000 in new moneys (in addition to the $4,455 that was raised here previously, which paid for a portion of our first round of legal costs) and we challenge all of you to participate, as well.

NOTE: Should we raise more money than is needed in this case, any unused funds will go to our general NWNA account, with priority given to future expenditures to continue to protect our neighborhood.
