FAMILY IN NEED

Hello, We recently moved here to beautiful Windsor, Colorado from Arizona. My husband Rodger went to work for "Gun Barrel Home Services that he found on Craigslist as a Misc 1099 Handyman for their Company back end of September doing handyman work for Gun Barrel Clients. To date this Company has paid him "1 check" in the middle of October and that is it!! My husband is currently owed over $3,400 of unpaid wages!! We have contacted every Government Agency to help us including the Colorado Dept Of Labor and Employment to file a "Demand For Payment" and the Attorney General Office for the State Of Colorado to file a "Consumer Fraud Complaint too. After 3 days of extensive research this Company Gun Barrel Home Services has no Business licensing or Contractors licensing in any City in Colorado to even be doing business, they have an "F" rating at the Better Business Bureau as they have not paid other workers either, their business address is "a UPS Store" and the list goes on with this company's shady business dealings!! They are ripping off honest and hard workers "like my husband" who have their families to provide for!! Currently To Date. We have unpaid rent and bills for the month of November and the list is getting longer!! We would appreciate any help with legal agency services or financial help to get us through this challenging family situation. My husband is looking for another job and hoping he can find an honest company to do work for "and get paid for his efforts!!" Thank You!! Have A Happy And A Blessed Day!!!!
