Urgent Vet Care for Todd's Healing Journey

Todd is my little ginger cat. I raised him on a bottle from the time he was six hours old a couple weeks ago after I fed him he started screaming in pain. I took him to the vet. They said gas and bloating no obstructions in the x-rays, he got better, four days later after feeding him, he went into pain and lower extremity paralysis due to that pain. He can't stand up. I took him to another vet new x-rays no obstruction. They think he may have had a pinched nerve. He's on antibiotics steroids pain meds, anti-inflammatories he's getting better, but he can't pee and poop yet because he can't stand up on his own in the litter box , he's sitting up, but he can't stand up. He needs to go to the vet and somebody will tell me what's wrong with him and so he's not suffering. please help.
