Urgent Surgery Needed for Sweet Mouse

Thursday morning, 6/19/2025. I heard my cat crying outside. I found her injured. We aren’t sure what happened to her. We think she fell out of the tree she loves to hunt birds. We took her to On Point Vet in Middleton, Idaho, for an emergency visit due to her not being able to walk. The initial vet visit was on 6/17. Mouse has a broken femur. After going over options with the vet, removal of her leg is the best option due to the position of the break and any chance of not healing correctly or needing more surgeries to correct. Mouse is the sweetest kitty, even though she is in pain, she is still being as loving as ever. Very content to be back home. But with that being said, Mouse needs surgery. She should have it within the next day or two. The vet gave us a week's worth of meds. I’m hopeful we are able to raise the money within the next day or two. We are a family of 6. I am unable to work, and my husband covers everything else. We were not prepared for this emergency to come up. We have had several different emergencies come up recently. Anything helps! Even a dollar! We found a surgeon that will remove the leg for a little over $600. I can provide all documentation for the visit we just had. Waiting on the email now, and I can provide all the information for the next visit. The office cannot do the surgery until payment is made.
