On July 26th, my seizure alert service dog in training had a freak accident trying to get on my lofted bed. This resulted in her breaking her kneecap, and she needs surgery to correct it. She is not a candidate for a cast and rest as the break is too severe, and her kneecap is no longer in the proper place.

I rely on her daily for medical alerts and assistance, but now she is on strict rest and can't work. No matter if her career is now ended, she needs this surgery to heal.

I am a disabled college student who has faced homelessness in the last two months, and I don't have the means to pay for a surgery this extensive.
