Urgent: New Ultrasound for Dolphin Wellness

Island Dolphin Care's co-therapists (dolphins) depend on our world-class veterinarians and behaviorists for their lifelong care. As part of their preventative healthcare program, the dolphins participate in routine ultrasound exams.

Sadly, IDC's ultrasound machine has lived out its life and has stopped working unexpectedly. To safeguard the health of our seven animals, we must purchase a new ultrasound machine as soon as possible! A new machine has been quoted at $27,000.00 and will allow our veterinary team to continue their preventative healthcare exams with no interruptions to our dolphin family.
