Urgent life saving surgery for Betty

Hi, my name is Betty. I am a fifteen month old beautiful cocker spaniel who, a week ago, was hit by a van and left at the side of the road. I was so lucky that my Grandma found me, picked me up and transported me to the vets quickly. Since then I have needed specialist hospital treatment and care. I have had a blood transfusion, and will need to undergo further surgeries to reconstruct the right hand side of my face. This is on top of having multiple fractures (which will heal with care and further treatment). Against all the odds I'm still here and fighting hard.
