Hi, we are Jerry and Mike. Since April 2022 we have been raising funds for trips to take humanitarian aid to Poland / Ukraine for distribution to Ukrainian people either there or into Ukraine itself. We have already completed 12 trips with various types of aid.

Next, in May 2026 we are planning to embark on our 13th trip to the Lviv area. We will be supporting charities in Ukraine with c. 1.3 tonnes of aid.

 Like many people, we want to do something to help, until recently we delivered from a large collection and distribution centre in Banbury. However, this has had to close, so now we source aid from various places.

We take large amounts of aid of all types to fulfil specific requests from the region (medical supplies, clothing, dried food, toiletries & other essentials).

We have supported many women who have children with special needs. (Of course, most Ukrainian men between 18 and 60 years old must stay and work or fight). 

 However, these trips have only made it clear to us how much aid and support is needed on an ongoing basis for the foreseeable future.

 So, we plan to keep seeking donations and plan further support. Each trip costs at least £1,800 (We usually have use of a free van, but we have to pay for fuel, channel crossing, basic accommodation, etc. We buy our own meals).

 We initially set a goal of raising £4,000, now raised to £25,000 but we want to significantly exceed this target because the need is so great.

 Please give as much as you can afford - we know that living costs here are going up, but we have it easy compared to our Ukrainian friends.
