Good afternoon, my name is Jennifer. I am a 40 yrs old single mother of an Autistic child and serious medical issues as well; Lupus and heart conditions. And I am in need of help, serious help. I recently found out that the old leasing manager of my apartment complex has mishandled the tenant rental payments and utilities funds. And has left without any explanation of where the funds have gone. Yes I work as a paraprofessional and was paying my bills faithfully but due to some mishandling of funds on their behalf and not applying payments as they should, I’m in a situation now that I could lose my apartment. I have sent documentation but the agency is needing the tents to pay until they can get a manager to get every thing in order. I am in position for this type of stress and am doing all I can to get help. So if you can see it in your heart to help please it’ll be greatly appreciated.
