URGENT: Help Josh Pay For His Top Surgery

hi there! :) my name is Josh, I'm a queer trans student and I'm about to be moving out to college in late August.  something that I've been waiting on for years and years of social transition is to finally be able to have top surgery done, and for the last year and a half my parents and I have been set on doing it this summer so that I can go off to college with an entirely clean slate. things were going really well, I even met with my plastic surgeon back in December! but then it got sent to insurance, and they told me they wouldn't cover it until I'm 18, no exceptions.  if I had been born two months sooner, this wouldn't be an issue-- but I turn 18 on August 11th, and even if we had the procedure done immediately after my birthday I still wouldn't have the full 6 weeks I need to recover, or I would even have to defer for a semester just to heal.  this is obviously out of the question, but so is pushing it off another year.  my mental health has been all over the place lately, and without being a downer, I think having this surgery done in June 2021 is a life or death matter.
so this means I need to pay for this surgery entirely out of pocket.  I need help.  I'm about to be moving out and spending tens of thousands on college and I absolutely cannot afford to pay for this on my own, but it's essential.  please, whether you just spread this or even donate $10, anything helps.  thank you so much for your time.
