Urgent Help for Taylor's Kids' Food and Bills

My Names Taylor, I am 32 weeks pregnant I’m about to be out of a job due to my current pregnancy and some complications I have experienced with it, I was not at my current job long enough to receive Maternity leave , due to my pregnancy I am only working 2 days a week resulting in enough for diapers/wipes and necessities for the house. I do receive food stamps monthly thats just enough to keep my 2 kids and myself at home fed. On may 16th at 1:50pm I was “robbed” of the food stamps I am to receive monthly along with extra money that was also taken resulting in a dept of 1529.00. All out of state in Pennsylvania while me and my children live in Ohio. 700 dollars of the money taken was food stamps, I was informed that they do not replace food stamps and I cannot report fraud and expect any money to be given back, that I would have to wait for my new card and next months balance to be loaded.. Therefore my kids will not be eating if I don’t figure out something fast. So not only am I out of food for my two children but I am also out of money for rent and bills. I am only requesting 500 to cover some food and the bills until I can figure out what to do moving forward. Any help is deeply appreciated. Thank you in advance !
