Urgent Help for Mrs. Nelson's Home Repairs

Hello, my name is Mrs. Nelson. I'm disabled and I haven't had a lock on my door since August, amongst other repairs that need to be done. I'm a widow. I was recently sexually assaulted by an X-ray technician at the hospital, and it's been swept under the rug. I really need a lock on my door. If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
