Urgent: Hayley Needs a New Wheelchair

Hey there, we have an emergency situation. Hayley’s wheelchair completely died and VIP scooters can no longer get the parts for it because it’s been discontinued. We need a chair for her as soon as possible. A new chair is close to $4000. Her chair is only about four years old and we can not submit a claim to insurance for a new one until the fifth year.
