Urgent Cure Needed For Sarah Goodwill LymeDisease
Spende geschützt
As we move into 2022, we are hopeful for a positive outcome for Sarah who continues to struggle daily with severe chronic and debilitating Lyme disease and multiple co-infections.
We have found a clinic in Mexico that specializes in treating cases such as hers and now need to raise funds to help with the costs.
The 8-week planned treatment protocol will cost approximately $40,000 USD plus living expenses for 2-3 months. The estimated total cost is around $60,000 USD
ps. Her current symptoms are much worse than what is described below. She now has severe neurological symptoms and worries that if this progresses, she will be unable to function independently at all. The good news is she is very strong and very motivated to pursue this fortunate discovery of a healing path from this clinic in Mexico.
About the planned treatment:
The clinic's doctor is well known in Lyme circles and in the medical community and has successfully treated severe cases like Sarah's. The treatments will include IV antibiotics specifically targeting her types of infections, as well as supportive therapies for detoxing, stem cell treatments and alot more.
Sarah's History with Lyme:
Posted this in 2019:
For the past 10 years Sarah has been struggling with a complex array of symptoms causing her life to be mostly “on hold.” She has struggled to keep a regular work schedule, maintain friendships and relationships, community connection and her beloved creative pursuits.
At first her GI issues were diagnosed as irritable bowel syndrome and Complex Post Traumatic Stress. but gradually it became apparent that her issue was systemic and became further debilitating, affecting her nervous system, adrenals, neurotransmitters, hormones, liver function, immune response and other essential aspects of her physical and mental health and well being.
Her family has been helplessly witnessing her struggles as one doctor or specialist after another has been unable to properly diagnose or treat these symptoms.
The good news is, thanks to Sarah’s tenacity and research, she has been the ultimate advocate for herself. She has persevered and finally received a confirmed diagnosis: Lyme Disease + Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (or CIRS), due to exposure to mold with a weakened immune system and a genetic component (MTHFR gene variant) that compromises detoxification pathways. This causes an accumulation of mycotoxins in the blood, brain, organs, lymphatic system and body at large.
At this time, Sarah needs all her energy to get her foundation strong while undergoing intensive mold exposure and Lyme treatment protocols. Upon recommendations from specialists, she has had to move suddenly and get rid of almost all her furniture and belongings due to toxic mold in her home. This alone has been financially devastating.
At her worst, Sarah is unable to work or function in the normal sense of the word. She is navigating an ‘invisible illness’ in that she looks well on the outside, though her internal systems are suffering. She has good and bad days. Some days even the simplest tasks can be challenging for her to achieve without great effort and much pain. Daily she manages a combination of GI distress, nausea, vertigo, fatigue, chronic pain and inflammation in her neck, head, jaw and joints, brain fog and cognition challenges. Chronic illness has resulted in a spiralling cycle of depression, anxiety and shame, as well as isolation and trauma.
Lyme Disease with Co infections and complications (like CIRS) is an extremely complex and serious illness that threatens pretty much ones’ entire biology and wellness. The information about chronic Lyme and mold exposure is relatively new to mainstream medicine, and there is no insurance support - but there is a growing awareness and many are getting diagnosed. More and more specialists are coming online with training and experience to treat these devastating illness and help individuals get their lives back.

Sarah’s journey to restore her health has included expensive testing protocols even before treatment begins.
The recovery process can take a long time. Maybe a year to two to fully recover.
We appreciate any financial support you can provide as it will make a huge difference to Sarah’s future. The family is stretched financially which is why we are running this campaign.
We think she deserves the best possible treatments available and the time needed to recover her body as well as her mental health after years of struggle.
Your donations will go towards:
-Treatment at the Lyme speciality clinic in Mexico
-Diet/Herbal Support/Prescriptions
-Living costs while undergoing treatment
