Urgent Care Needed for Our Furry Friend

Hello, I am writing this asking for any type of help.

This is my cat of ten years. He’s currently not doing well. We moved about 5 months ago, and we started to notice some changes in his weight. We didn’t think anything of it because he was acting like the same hungry, lovable cat he always is. But as of recently, he has turned for the worst, and Rob and I are fearful that he will not make it to his tenth birthday in May. He is the first animal I have ever owned, and he’s been with Rob and me our whole relationship. Every move, every major life event, he was there to give us comfort.

Currently, we are not in a position where we can get him the help he needs, and we are putting this out there as our last-ditch effort to bring him to a place of peace.
