Urgent Aid for Husband's Shattered Thumb

My husband was seriously hurt . He has no health insurance due to open enrollment. His thumb is shattered in between the knuckle to the wrist . Im trying to come up with money to get his prescriptions from safeway ! I am applying for insurance but cant wait that long for his prescriptions, it's got antibiotics with his scripts .
